When we released a new version of platform and you don't see auto update request (as a green balloon) in your admin panel, then here is you should check:

1. Your cron job should be setup right. Here is a Cron installation manual. Please, check out it.
2. Maybe you have disabled url_fopen in your php.ini settings. Contact your hosting about this or fix it by yourself.
3. System doesn't check for new updates yet. Cron script checks oxwall.org for new updates once every 24 hours. So, please, be patient, relax and take some hours to play a football with your friends :) You will see new update request in a few hours
